What are the requirements to rent a vehicle in PCR?

What is a personalized card?

For vehicle rental we refer to credit cards that the bank has personalized with your name. It must be printed or embossed BY THE BANK. Cards with handwritten names, emendations, or goops are not valid.

Can I rent with you if I am under 21 years old?

Of course, if you are between 18 and 20 years old you can rent as long as you meet the essential requirements and cover the cost of the "minor driver coverage" of $210 pesos per day extra to your rent.

What does my rate include?

At Price Car, your rate includes our basic and PREMIUM coverage, federal, state and local taxes, the airport fee in case of rental in locations assigned to the airport, as well as the transaction fee. With us, what you see on your quote is what you pay.

What should I do if I want to go to Guatemala or Belize?

If you want to go to Belize you must request your permit to cross the border (it is free); In case of traveling to Guatemala you must request a special permit which has an additional cost. Remember to request the permits at the time of making the reservation.

What are your payment options?

For us, the safety of our customers is extremely important at all times, which is why we do not accept cash in any of our branches, but you can make the payment through your credit or debit card through the mail in case of being a quote, or directly at the counter in the bank terminals.

Why can't I pay my contribution?

If you quoted within 72 hours of your rent, it is necessary to request the payment opening, since your quote is subject to availability. Remember that your quote is valid for 72 hours and is subject to rate changes.

Can I make changes to my reservation?

Of course, remember that if the change affects the rental value for a higher value, the additional amount will be charged.

How many drivers can we be?

Do you have a branch inside the airport?

No, but we are outside the airport, that is why our shuttle service will pick you up for free to take you to the branch. Remember that our arrival is subject to traffic and other variations, which is why the waiting time can vary from 0 to 120 min.

Can I smoke/vape or similar in the vehicle?

At Price Car Rentals we like to provide the best service and give you quality units in the best condition, which is why smoking/vap/similar is not allowed in our units; in case of doing so, a charge of $3,000.00 MN will be made to your account for cleaning and deodorization.

Can I pick up or return the vehicle at dawn?

I'm late for my delivery. What will happen to my reservation?

What should I deliver upon arrival for my reservation?

What is the security deposit?

Do I need to purchase more coverage?

Why was I given a different vehicle than the one I requested?

At Price Car Rentals we are committed to fulfilling your reservation by delivering the reserved unit or similar; If we do not have units of the chosen category and you are on time, we will assign you one with a higher category but at no extra cost.

What do I do in the event of an accident or damage to my vehicle?
